Terms of participation In order to enter the Consumers Best Buy (CBB) $50.00 Visa gift card giveaway, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Valid Entries Entry is free and is limited to one entry / one time per person. Once you have provided the information required on the entry form, your entry remains eligible to win for as long as the email address you provide upon entry is a valid deliverable email address and you have not opted out. Once entered, you have an opportunity to win every month, so you can win multiple times. Notification of monthly winner Beginning on March 1st, 2009, a new winner will be selected on the 1st of each month at 2:30 AM Eastern Time and the name of the winner will be posted on the ConsumersBestBuy.Com web site. A winner notification will be sent exclusively via email to the email address provided at the time of entry. We are not responsible for any further attempt to notify you of your selection if the email address you provide is not a valid working email address at the time notification is attempted, or the email notification is blocked by your email filters, service provider or email settings. If you are the selected winner, you must claim the $50.00 gift card by 2:30 AM Eastern Time on the 8th day of the month. Instructions on how to claim your prize are provided in the email notification. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within 7 days, the offer is void and no prize will be awarded for that month. Once entered, you are eligible to win every month, even if you have been a previous winner, provided that the email address you provide at entry is valid and remains opted. Announcements In return for your free entry, you agree to receive special announcements or newsletters from time to time from Consumers Best Buy or its affiliated partners. Among other things, these announcements may include special discount offers for our subscribers as well as other contest or special drawings for cash or prizes. You may opt out at anytime by notifying CBB via email. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide to CBB is confidential and is not shared or disclosed to others. The information will only be used by CBB or our affiliated partners for the purpose of announcing the monthly winner of this or other drawings we sponsor and / or to enable us to notify you of special announcements and offers for our subscribers. By submitting your entry, you agree to the terms of the monthly drawing as listed here and in return we welcome your participation. Sole agreement These terms of participation are the sole and exclusive terms for participation and no other understandings or agreements, expressed or implied, written or verbal apply. Any claims or disputes related to this free giveaway shall be solely contested under Colorado Law and exclusively through the courts of Colorado In no event will Consumers Best Buy Inc be liable for payment of any amount over the $50.00 gift card and without exception you waive all claims to the contrary as a condition of your participation. |
